January Gathering: SoulCore & Stress-Relief for Moms

Begin the New Year by caring for your body, mind, and soul! Join the Friends of St. Zelie as Carrie Tippman leads us in a SoulCore session - a gentle, prayerful movement experience integrating the Rosary with strengthening and stretching (for more information, visit soulcore.com). Afterward, Carrie will share ways for moms to de-stress and refresh in the year ahead.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel if you can. All moms are welcome!
